Before you embark on your beauty journey with Elegance Beauty By Kerry, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for everyone.
Key information before booking
To ensure your safety and the best possible results, a patch test may be required before certain treatments. We also require a non-refundable deposit of £30.00 for all appointments. This deposit secures your booking. Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or a 'no-show' will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Preparing for your treatment
For optimal results and your comfort, please avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before your appointment and caffeine on the day of your treatment, as these can increase sensitivity and bleeding. We recommend consulting your doctor to ensure you are suitable for the treatment you wish to receive. Staying well-hydrated is also beneficial. Please avoid sun exposure, including sunbeds, for at least two weeks prior to your appointment, and any other facial treatments. If you are having lip blush and are prone to cold sores, please speak to your GP or pharmacist about antiviral medicine, as the treatment can trigger an outbreak. It is crucial to inform us if you are breastfeeding, pregnant, or on any medication. We also kindly ask you to carefully follow all aftercare instructions provided.

All paper records are stored securely in a locked cabinet. Digital records are kept on a password-protected system, ensuring your data remains confidential and protected at all times.
